Kilmezsky District is an administrative and municipal district in Russia’s Kirov Oblast, located in the southeast of the oblast. It covers an area of 3,106.4 square kilometers. The administrative center is Kilmez, an urban-type settlement.

As of the 2010 census, the district had a population of 13,086 people. Kilmez accounts for about 45.5% of the district’s population.
