Greatest Hits is a Blondie compilation album released on September 19, 2002, by EMI/Capitol. It features songs recorded from 1976 to 1998, runs 67 minutes and 53 seconds, and covers pop and new wave. Producers include Mike Chapman, Richard Gottehrer, and Craig Leon.

Context and content
After Blondie’s six studio albums were reissued in 2001, Greatest Hits became the first best-of for the band to be digitally remastered and officially approved in over 20 years. It also includes their comeback hit "Maria," which reached UK No. 1 in February 1999. The album was compiled by Capitol’s Kevin Flaherty and journalist Steve Pafford, who wrote the sleeve notes. It includes all tracks from the 1981 compilation The Best of Blondie and four long-deleted Chapman-produced “special mixes.”

Reception and sales
The album peaked at No. 38 on the UK Top 75 and stayed on the chart for 31 weeks. In New Zealand, it reached No. 15 and stayed for 8 weeks. In the United States, by August 9, 2005, it had sold about 85,000 copies.

DVD and editions
A companion DVD, Greatest Video Hits, was released with the album and included the original 1981 Best of Blondie videos. The 2002 edition added videos for "The Hardest Part" (1979), "Island of Lost Souls" (1982), and an uncensored version of "Maria" (1999). Note: the cover did not list the songs "Call Me" and "Sunday Girl." There is also an alternative UK edition with a different cover.
