Cezar Drăgăniță
Cezar Drăgăniță, born 13 February 1954 in Arad, Romania, is a retired handball player. He is 188 cm tall and weighed 85 kg during his career.
He played for Romania’s national team and won the world championship in 1974. He earned Olympic medals in Montreal 1976 and Moscow 1980.
Most of his club career was with Steaua Bucharest, where he won 15 national titles. He also played in seven European Champions League tournaments, winning the competition in 1977.
Toward the end of his career, he played and coached in Belgium and Portugal.
