2019 Heilbronner Neckarcup – Singles: Filip Krajinović won the title, defeating Arthur De Greef 6–3, 6–1 in the final. The defending champion Rudolf Molleker lost in the quarterfinals to Dennis Novak. All seeds received a bye into the second round.
