Khaled Kalaldeh (born 1955) is a Jordanian politician and entrepreneur. He served as the chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) for a six-year, non-renewable term. Under his leadership, IHEC organized major elections in Jordan: parliamentary elections in 2016 and 2020; municipal and governorate elections in 2017 and 2022; and elections for the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

He also served as the Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs. In this role, he stressed the important role of political parties in strengthening democracy and increasing political awareness. He noted the economic challenges Jordan faced as it pursued reform amid regional developments. Kalaldeh supported political reform and helped shape laws like the Municipalities and Decentralization Acts. He also outlined features of a new election bill he sent to Parliament and called for closer cooperation between the legislative and executive branches.

Internationally, he praised Jordan–Qatar ties in November 2015. In June 2014, he met with U.S. officials to discuss Jordan’s reform process.

Beyond politics, Kalaldeh is an experienced entrepreneur. He leads Nftania, a company that uses Natural Fingerprint Technology (NFP) to identify and authenticate assets, drawing on over 20 years of leadership and innovation.
