Keerthilatha Abeywickrama
Keerthilatha Premawathie Abeywickrama was a Sri Lankan politician and a Member of Parliament. She was the daughter of Padikara Muhandiram Don Pedris Francis Abeywickrama and Catharina Liyanage of Morawaka. She joined the United National Party and became MP for the Deniyaya electorate on 11 September 1987, after her brother Keerthisena was killed in the 1987 grenade attack in Parliament. Her cousin, Sumanadasa Abeywickrama, served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture Development & Research and was MP for Akmeemana.
