Justin Shugg (born December 24, 1991) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey forward. He was drafted 105th overall by the Carolina Hurricanes in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. In the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) from 2007 to 2011, he scored 216 points in 262 games. On June 17, 2011, the Hurricanes signed him to a three-year entry-level contract and assigned him to the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL. He played in three NHL games with the Hurricanes in the 2014–15 season. After the 2015–16 season, he did not receive a new contract in North America and moved abroad. He joined Dinamo Riga of the KHL on July 27, 2016, but left the team in December after 33 games (2 goals, 9 assists). A few days later, he signed with Augsburger Panther of the DEL for the remainder of the 2016–17 season. He stayed in Germany, signing with Kölner Haie on June 8, 2017. In the 2017–18 season, he had 16 goals and 37 points in 52 games for Köln. On June 19, 2018, he signed with EHC München, continuing his career in Germany.
