Joe Yingling was a professional baseball pitcher from Baltimore, Maryland. He was born on February 28, 1867, and died in Baltimore on October 22, 1903, at age 36 from bronchitis. He batted right-handed and threw left-handed.

Yingling played in Major League Baseball for the Washington Nationals. He appeared in just one game on May 28, 1886, at age 19. In that appearance he had no win or loss decisions, recorded 1 strikeout, and had an earned run average of 12.00.

His brother, Charlie Yingling, also played in the majors, in one game as a shortstop. In 1887, the two were teammates on a minor league team in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
