Inna Borysivna Dorofeieva, born June 7, 1965, is a Ukrainian ballet dancer and the artistic director of the ballet at the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Mykola Lysenko since 2016. She was honored as the People’s Artist of Ukraine in 1997.

Dorofeieva was born in Chuhuiv, Kharkiv region. She trained at the Kharkiv Choreographic School (graduating in 1979, teacher Natalia Zadesenets) and then at the Kyiv State Choreographic School (graduating in 1983, teacher Varvara May, a student of Agrippina Vaganova).

She worked at the Donetsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. From 1993 to 1995 she was the leading soloist at the German Opera on the Rhine in Düsseldorf. She also worked in the United States with choreographer Vladimir Shumeikin. In 2001 she graduated from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts.

In Donetsk, together with her husband Vadym Pysarev, she founded a choreographic school and the World Ballet Stars festival. In 2014 she moved to Kharkiv, worked at the Kharkiv Choreographic School, and in October 2014 became choreographer-tutor at the Lysenko Kharkiv Opera and Ballet Theater. Since 2016 she has been the artistic director of the ballet at the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.

Dorofeieva is married to Vadym Pysarev, and they have three children. Their eldest son, Andrey, is also a ballet dancer and won a gold medal at the XI International Ballet Competition in Moscow.
