Maria Charlotta "Charlotte" Norberg, also known as Charlotte Törner, was a Swedish ballerina and ballet teacher who lived from 1824 to 1892. She was a star of the Royal Swedish Ballet in the mid-1800s.

Born in Stockholm, she joined the Royal Swedish Ballet in 1833 at age nine, studying with Sophie Daguin, and made her solo debut in 1834. In 1842 she became famous in the pantomime ballets Max och Emma and La fille mal gardée. She spent 1846–47 studying with August Bournonville in Copenhagen. After returning, she was named premier dancer (ballerina) in 1847 and held that role for the rest of her career. She was a celebrated figure in Stockholm during the late 1840s and 1850s and a leading representative of the Bournonville School.

Norberg often worked with Bournonville during his visits and taught his technique to her students. She retired from the stage on 30 November 1859 after performing Pesten i Albano, a retirement many in Stockholm felt came too soon. As premier dancer she tackled difficult roles with skill and joy. In 1853 she married Gustaf Fredrik Törner, a clerk at the Royal Opera.
