Chelsea Charms (born March 7, 1976) is a former American big-bust model, internet personality, and stripper known for having extremely large breasts. She was born in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota and worked as a model, appearing in magazines, on TV and radio, and at adult conventions. She retired in 2020 due to health issues and because she could not travel, and she had a breast reduction.

Charms is 5 ft 2 in tall, with brown hair and green eyes. She has said her bust size has grown a lot over the years. In a 2011 TV interview she claimed her bust was around 164XXX, with each implant weighing about 26 pounds. By 2012 she said each breast weighed about 30 pounds, and later she stated they reached around 40 pounds each.

She has said she experiences no back pain and exercises to strengthen her back. She underwent three breast augmentations: the first to a 36 DD size with saline implants, the second to HH with saline, and a third using a polypropylene string implant. That method is now rarely used because of risks of uncontrolled growth, but in Charms’s case the breasts grew in unison while the growth rate slowed over time. The initial implant volume was about 2500 cc, with growth estimates rising to around 15,000 cc in 2011, about 18,000 cc by 2014, and around 21,000 cc by late 2014.

Charms also was featured in British artist Marc Quinn’s work on body modification. She retired in 2020 and later had a breast reduction.
