The Annals of Clinical & Laboratory Science is a quarterly medical journal about laboratory medicine. It is the official journal of the Association of Clinical Scientists and is published by the Institute for Clinical Science in the United States. The journal began in 1971 as Annals of Clinical Laboratory Science and was renamed to its current title in 1973. Nina Tatevian has been the editor-in-chief since 2022. The journal is indexed in major databases, and in 2013 it had an impact factor of 0.839, ranking 24th out of 31 journals in Medical Laboratory Technology.
