Leon W. Powers (June 12, 1888 – January 7, 1959) was an Iowa judge. He served on the Iowa Supreme Court from 1934 to 1936. He later was one of three judges at the Ministries Trial, the eleventh of the Nuremberg Trials held after World War II. In his April 14, 1949 dissent, Powers argued that it was wrong to claim that all Germans participated in persecuting Jews, and that the Foreign Office defendants may not have known about exterminations; he believed the evidence did not support such conclusions.
