Aivar Lillevere (born 23 January 1962 in Põltsamaa) is an Estonian football manager and former player. As a player, he played for Viljandi Linnameeskond, Tulevik, Porvoon Weikot and Tulevik II during the 1990s.

As a coach, Lillevere has held several roles. He led Porvoon Weikot’s women’s team, worked as an assistant at Tulevik, and later coached Tulevik and Elva. He has also been involved with Estonia’s national teams at various levels, including managing the Estonia men’s national team during the 2000 King’s Cup and being appointed the Estonia women’s national team coach in May 2008. In addition, he has worked with Estonia’s youth teams (U16, U17, U18, U19) and with Flora and Tulevik’s youth setups.
