Winx Club Season 3: Easy Summary

The third season of Winx Club aired in Italy from January 29 to March 28, 2007 and has 26 episodes. It was created by Iginio Straffi of Rainbow. Before it aired in Italy, the first seven episodes were shown in the United States as a world premiere on Fox’s 4Kids TV from September to November 2006, using unfinished copies. The rest of the season later aired in the U.S. in 2007.

Plot highlights:
- This is the Winx Club’s third and final year at Alfea College, where the fairies learn their powerful Enchantix form.
- The Trix escape from the Omega Dimension and release a new villain, Valtor, who has a deep connection to Bloom.
- Valtor teams up with the Trix to invade Magix, steal powerful treasures, and gain more power.
- Bloom’s friends—Flora, Stella, Aisha, Tecna, and Musa—gain Enchantix powers, and can miniaturize themselves. Bloom’s Enchantix is not complete yet, so she cannot miniaturize.
- Valtor traps the Winx’ boyfriends, and Bloom vows to rescue Sky and stop Valtor.
- By the end, Bloom learns her Enchantix is still unfinished, but she is ready to find her birth parents, King Oritel and Queen Marion, with new courage.

Additional note:
In 2011, Viacom helped revive Winx Club with Nickelodeon. Nickelodeon U.S. aired Season 3 again under the title Winx Club: Enchantix, from November 14 to December 26, 2011, using a new voice cast.
