1959–60 Western Kentucky State Hilltoppers basketball team
The 1959–60 Western Kentucky State Hilltoppers men’s basketball team represented Western Kentucky State College (now Western Kentucky University) during the 1959–60 NCAA University Division season. Coached by Hall of Fame coach Edgar Diddle in his 38th season, the Hilltoppers finished with a 21–7 overall record and went 10–2 in the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).

- Sweet Sixteen: Lost to Ohio State 79–98.
- Consolation: Defeated Ohio 97–87 to finish as the Mideast Region 3rd place.
