Darrell Etienne (born August 11, 1974) is a Haitian former professional footballer who played as a defender. Born in Nyack, New York, he earned three caps for the Haiti national team in 2000. He played college soccer at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU Rams) from 1995 to 1997.

Etienne spent his club career in the USL with the Richmond Kickers (1998–2001), making 41 appearances and scoring 1 goal, and with the Long Island Rough Riders (2002–2006), making 36 appearances. In 1999 he was named to the A-League All-Star Team. He helped the Rough Riders win the D-3 Pro League National Championship and scored his first Rough Riders goal on June 25, 2003, in a 2–1 U.S. Open Cup loss to Mid Michigan Bucks.

He is the brother of Derrick Etienne Sr. and the uncle of Derrick Etienne Jr.
