Yevhen Pavlovych Pyvovarov (born 4 November 1978) is a Ukrainian professor and politician. Since 29 August 2019, he has served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for the 175th electoral district in Kharkiv Oblast. He is a member of the Servant of the People party.

Early life and education
Pyvovarov was born in Kharkiv. He finished a lyceum in 1995 and, in 2000, graduated from the Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade with a specialization in Food Technology. He earned a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in 2003, became an associate professor in 2008, and earned a Doctor of Technical Science in 2014. Since 2014 he has been a professor in the university’s department of food technology and has served on the university’s academic council and the Educational-Scientific Institute of Food Technology and Business.

Career and business
Before politics, Pyvovarov worked in youth outreach, including anti-drug campaigns and programs to prepare young people for independent life. He founded two food production companies: Taifun-2000 and Chyhrynov.

Political career
In the 2019 parliamentary election, Pyvovarov ran in Kharkiv Oblast’s 175th district as an independent and won with 44.61% of the vote, defeating incumbent Volodymyr Katsuba (19.39%). In parliament, he joined the Servant of the People faction and serves on the Energy Committee and the Committee on Housing and Communal Services.

Controversy
Pyvovarov is under investigation by the Kharkiv Oblast Commercial Court for corruption related to a 10 million hryvnia land transfer to a cooperative co-founded by him, connected to Kharkiv politician Hennadiy Kernes.
