Yesterday's Dreams is a British romantic drama television series that aired on ITV in 1987. It was produced by Central Television and written by Peter Gibbs, starring Paul Freeman and Judy Loe as Martin and Diane Daniels, a divorced couple who reconnect when Diane takes a temporary job at Martin's firm.

Seven years after their divorce, Martin and Diane live separate lives. Martin is successful in the aerospace industry but faces increasing work pressure, while Diane lives with her two teenage children and her new partner, Don, whose garage business is in trouble. When Diane needs work, a secretarial agency places her at Martin's company, and the two meet again. Memories resurface and old feelings return, leading to painful choices for everyone involved.

Much of the series was filmed in Tideswell, Derbyshire. It consists of one series of seven one-hour episodes, broadcast from 9 January to 20 February 1987 on ITV. The executive producer was Ted Childs and the producer was Chris Griffin. Network released the series on DVD in Region 2.
