Xavier Lopez House
Xavier Lopez House is a historic home in St. Augustine, Florida. It sits at 93½ King Street, near U.S. Route 1. Built in 1903, its Queen Anne (Victorian) design stands out in a city known for Spanish and Mission Revival architecture. The house sits behind three one-story Spanish colonial–style mortgage offices at 93 King Street. In 1980, The Mussallem Family, with help from a local construction company, restored the house. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on July 1, 1993 (reference number 93000579).
