BWE Media Networks, LLC is a public entertainment company based in Suffolk, Virginia. It is the parent company of The BWE Television Network and The Los Angeles Television Festival. The company was founded on July 31, 2015 by Le'Auntray Burch. Its divisions include The BWE Talent & Casting, and its subsidiaries are The BWE Television Network, The BWE Studios, and The Los Angeles Television Festival. The official website is www.thebwe.com.

In early plans, BWE announced a launch on January 1, 2018, with several series from The BWE Studios. The first shows announced were Hot Video Countdown and Lakeland. Hot Video Countdown is the studio’s flagship daily music video countdown, where viewers vote online or by text to help decide the top five videos of the day, along with celebrity interviews and live performances. It is hosted by Josh Skinner, Brit Sheridan, Sam Sarpong, and Deja Riley, and premiered in October 2015.

Lakeland is a reality teen drama about students at Lakeland High School and is a collaboration between BWE Networks and Michael Copon Studios.

The Los Angeles Television Festival (LATF) is an annual event that celebrates independent TV pilots, bringing together filmmakers and industry professionals. LATF is held at the Hollywood & Highland Center in Los Angeles, California, with partner venues.
