Wang Quanshu (born March 1945) is a retired Chinese politician from Henan province. He served as mayor of Pingdingshan from 1991 to 1993, secretary-general of the Henan Communist Party Committee from 1993 to 2011, deputy party chief of Henan from 2000 to 2011, and chairman of the Henan CPPCC (the Henan Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) from 2006 to 2011. He retired from politics in 2011.

Born in Changyuan County, Henan, Wang earned a degree in Chinese language from Henan University. He joined the People’s Liberation Army in 1968 and served until 1971. In 1973 he joined the Henan provincial party committee as a secretary, later moving to the Henan Planning Commission. In 1988 he became deputy chair of the Henan Planning and Economics Commission, and in 1991 he became mayor of Pingdingshan. He rose to secretary-general of the provincial party committee in 1993, became deputy party chief in 2000, and in 2006 was named chairman of the Henan CPPCC.
