W. A. Mason House
The W. A. Mason House is a historic wooden home at 87 Raymond Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It was built in 1846 and expanded to the rear in 1867, creating a T-shaped plan. The design blends Italianate features, such as decorative window hoods, with Greek Revival elements from corner pilasters. The front entrance is reached through a one-story porch at the inner corner of the T. It was built for W. A. Mason, a city surveyor who helped map much of Cambridge in the 1800s. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
