Gustaf Backaliden
Gustaf Backaliden (born 15 September 1997) is a Swedish footballer who plays as a midfielder for Rosengård, wearing number 19. He was born in Malmö and is 1.86 meters tall.
Backaliden began his senior career with Kvarnby IK (2014–2016) and then IFK Malmö (2017–2018). He then played in Finland for IFK Mariehamn (2019–2020), SJK (2021), and VPS (2022). In 2022 he signed with VPS for the season with an option for 2023, but the contract was terminated by mutual consent in August 2022. He joined Torns IF (2022–2023) and moved to Rosengård in 2023.
As of 24 November 2025, his league appearances and goals are: Kvarnby IK 49 (6), IFK Malmö 50 (7), IFK Mariehamn 42 (5), SJK 11 (0), VPS 11 (0), Torns IF 10 (1), Rosengård 79 (3).
