Vermont Route 122 (VT 122) is a state highway in Vermont, about 15.2 miles (24.5 km) long. It runs from US Route 5 and VT 114 in Lyndon north to VT 16 in Glover, connecting the towns of Lyndon, Wheelock, and Sheffield in Caledonia County with Glover in Orleans County. An alternate route in Lyndon provides access to Lyndon State College.

VT 122 begins at a four‑way intersection with US 5 and VT 114 just north of Lyndonville. It initially goes west on Stevens Loop, then turns northwest along Miller Run on Gilman Road, where it has an interchange with Interstate 91. The highway enters Wheelock, passes by the Wheelock Common Historic District, then continues into Sheffield, crossing several streams as it climbs toward Glover. It crosses the Caledonia–Orleans county line and ends at VT 16 (Dry Pond Road) in the Barton River valley.

VT 122 Alternate is a short, unsigned 1.04-mile spur in Lyndon. Known locally as Center Street, it starts at US 5 in Lyndonville, heads west across the Passumpsic River into Lyndon Center, and then north to connect with VT 122 (Gilman Road) near the confluence of Miller Run and the Passumpsic River. This alternate route is entirely within Lyndon.
