1985 Player's Canadian Open

The 1985 Player's International Canadian Open was the 96th edition of the tournament, played on outdoor hard courts. The men's event took place in Montreal at Jarry Park Stadium from August 12–18 as part of the Nabisco Grand Prix, and the women's event was in Toronto at the National Tennis Centre from August 19–25 as part of the Virginia Slims World Championship Series.

- Men's singles: John McEnroe def. Ivan Lendl, 7–5, 6–3
- Women's singles: Chris Evert-Lloyd def. Claudia Kohde-Kilsch, 6–2, 6–4
- Men's doubles: Ken Flach / Robert Seguso def. Stefan Edberg / Anders Järryd, 7–5, 7–6
- Women's doubles: Gigi Fernández / Martina Navratilova def. Marcella Mesker / Pascale Paradis, 6–4, 6–0
