Munim Pak
Munim Pak, born Shah Muhammad Munim in 1671 in Pachna, Bihar, was an Indian Sufi saint of the Qadiriyya order who also held khilafah in the Naqshbandi tradition. A part of his spiritual lineage links to Ahmed Sirhindi, and his family traces back to Shamsuddin Haqqani and Ibrahim bin Adham Balkhi. After primary schooling in Pachna, he studied at the khanqah of Deewan Syed Abu Sayeed Jaafer Muhammad Quadri at Barh near Patna to learn more about Sufism. He later moved to Delhi, where for about forty years he taught at a Madrasa behind Jama Masjid and guided many students. He died in 1771 and is buried at Mitan Ghat in Patna district. His spiritual successors include Maulana Hasan Raza Raipuri, and his predecessor in the order was Deewan Syed Khaleeluddin.
