Velké Kunětice
Velké Kunětice is a small municipality and village in Jeseník District, Olomouc Region, Czech Republic. It lies in the Zlatohorská Highlands near the Polish border, about 10 km northeast of Jeseník and 80 km north of Olomouc. The area covers 9.83 square kilometres and sits at about 340 metres above sea level. As of January 1, 2025, it has about 509 inhabitants.

In the late 15th century there were limestone quarries and likely iron ore mining in the area. From 1938 to 1945 it was occupied by Germany, and during World War II the E114 forced labour subcamp of Stalag VIII-B/344 operated at the local quarry and factory.
There are no railways or major roads through the municipality. The Czech-Polish border crossing Velké Kunětice / Sławniowice is nearby on the border.
The main landmark is the Church of Our Lady of the Snows, rebuilt many times but with a preserved medieval core; around the church are fortifications from the 16th century.
