Tyrus McCloud (born November 23, 1974) is a former NFL linebacker. He was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and attended Nova High School in Davie. He played college football at the University of Louisville, earning Third-team All-American honors in 1996 and winning the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year award in 1995 and 1996. He was the first Louisville player to bench-press 500 pounds in the Howard Schnellenberger era.

McCloud was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fourth round of the 1997 NFL draft (118th overall). He played for the Ravens from 1997 to 1998, and later spent time with the Washington Redskins in 2000 and the Miami Dolphins in 2001 (offseason/practice squad). His NFL career totals include 30 tackles and 1 fumble recovery.

After his playing career, he joined the coaching staff at Olympic Heights High School for the 2002–2003 seasons, working with coach Willie Dodaro, who had previously coached him at Nova High School.
