Limited depravity
Limited depravity is the belief that original sin does not completely taint human free will. People are unable to avoid sin, but they still have the natural ability to respond to Jesus Christ’s offer of salvation. This view is held by Pelagianism, Semi-Pelagianism, and some Arminians. It is rejected by Calvinists and by most Arminians, including Jacobus Arminius, the Remonstrants, John Wesley, and many Methodists.
