Tema West Municipal District
Tema West Municipal District is a district in Ghana’s Greater Accra Region. It was created on March 15, 2018, when the western part of the larger Tema Municipal District was split off to form a new district (Legislative Instrument LI 2317). The remaining part became Tema Metropolitan District. The capital of Tema West is Community 2, and the district is located in the central part of Greater Accra.
