Provincial Road 462 (PR 462) is a 57.9-kilometre north–south highway in Manitoba’s Parkland and Central Plains regions. It connects Plumas and McCreary via Glenella and is maintained by the Department of Infrastructure.

The route starts just west of Plumas at PR 265 in Glenella-Lansdowne and travels north on Road 75W, mostly as a two-lane gravel road through farmland and woods. It crosses roads 100N and 102N (102N provides access to Tenby), then a creek and 105N where the road becomes paved. It enters Glenella, crosses a railway, and goes through downtown on Main Street. After a junction with PR 261, PR 462 becomes gravel again and continues north into Alonsa. It turns left onto Road 112N toward McCreary, passes through Glencairn, and crosses another railway. A right turn onto Road 81W heads north, with a third railway crossing, then a left onto Road 116N and a winding path through Reeve. The road ends just south of McCreary at an intersection with Parks Route (PTH 5).
