Tatyana Efimenko is a Kyrgyzstani high jumper born on January 2, 1981, in Frunze (now Bishkek), Kyrgyzstan. Her best jump is 1.97 meters, achieved in July 2003 in Rome. She won bronze at the 1998 World Junior Championships and finished fifth at the 2002 IAAF World Cup. She competed in the World Championships in 1999 and 2005, and in the Olympic Games in 2000 and 2004, but did not reach the finals in the world events and did not clear the opening height in 2000.

Regionally, she won the Asian Championships in 2002 (Colombo), 2005 (Incheon), and 2007 (Amman). She also won gold at the 2002 Asian Games and silver at the 2006 Asian Games.
