Tarvo Seeman (born 17 September 1969 in Vändra, Estonia) is an Estonian chess player and International Master (1998). His peak FIDE rating was 2475 in July 1998. He has won the Estonian Chess Championship twice (1998, 2006) and bronze in 2001, 2009, and 2014. He is also a three-time Estonian rapid chess champion (2000, 2002, 2009). Seeman has represented Estonia in Chess Olympiads and in the European Team Chess Championship. Earlier in his career, he finished second in the Estonian Junior Championship in 1986.
