Tamyneoi (Greek: Ταμυνέοι) is a municipal unit on the island of Euboea in Greece. It sits in the Central Greece region and the Euboea regional unit. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality Kymi-Aliveri.

The municipal unit covers 203.97 square kilometers and sits about 25 meters above sea level. In 2021, 8,581 people lived there, giving a density of around 42 people per square kilometer. The former municipality’s seat was in Aliveri. The name comes from the ancient city Tamynae.
