Andrew “Scootie” Randall (born January 5, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka in Japan. He played college basketball at Temple, where he averaged 10.7 points and 4.7 rebounds as a junior, missing seven games with a hairline fracture. In his senior year (2012-13), he averaged 11.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.

Undrafted in 2013, Randall began his pro career in Japan. He has played for several teams there, including Ryukyu Golden Kings, Iwate Big Bulls, Shimane Susanoo Magic, Cyberdyne Ibaraki Robots, Gunma Crane Thunders, Kagawa Five Arrows, Osaka Evessa, Yamagata Wyverns, and Toyotsu Fighting Eagles Nagoya, before joining Rizing Zephyr Fukuoka in 2024.

Randall earned the bj League Best Five honor in 2015 and was an All-Star that year with an average of 20.2 points per game. In 2016, he played for Shimane Susanoo Magic, averaging 23.5 points, 8.9 rebounds and 2 assists per game, and was named All-Japanese BJ League Forward of the Year.
