Tales of the Tooth Fairies
Tales of the Tooth Fairies is a children’s TV series from the United Kingdom and several European partners. It was created by Françoise Caspan. The show follows Gisele and Martin, two tooth mice who work as tooth fairies. When a child loses a milk tooth, they, with their friend Arthur, retrieve the tooth and give the child a fitting gift, all under the orders of Queen Elisa.
The series was produced for WDR and France 3 by Siriol Productions, La Fabrique, EVA Entertainment, Cologne Cartoon, and Sofidoc S.A. It aired on BBC One in 1993, from September 7 to December 14. It has one season with 26 five-minute episodes (13 of which were dubbed). The music was composed by Gérard Labady.
