Bill Grainer is an American songwriter and record producer. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and grew up in Marlboro Township, New Jersey. Active since 2004, he works mainly in pop, pop rock, dance-pop, and R&B.

He has written for artists such as Jai McDowall, Linda Eder, and Jennifer Hudson, including co-writing the song "Stand Up" on Hudson’s Grammy-winning self-titled debut album. Grainer also wrote the opening and closing songs for the horror film Flight of the Living Dead: Outbreak on a Plane, and performed the track "Don’t Blink." His song "Curiosity," performed by Tatiana Owens, was used as the theme for Lifetime Movie Network in 2011.

Grainer has collaborated with artists including Sam Clark, Harry Mondryk, Kimberley Locke, and Nothing But Thieves.
