Sir Banks Robert Jenkinson, 4th Baronet (1687–1738), was a British lawyer and Tory politician. He was the second son of Sir Robert Jenkinson, 2nd Baronet, and Sarah Tomlins, and he was baptised on 24 January 1687. He studied at Trinity College, Oxford, and joined Lincoln's Inn, becoming a barrister in 1713. He became the 4th Baronet after his elder brother, the 3rd Baronet, died in 1717.

He served as Member of Parliament for Oxfordshire from 1717 to 1727, sitting as a Tory and opposing the Administration. He married Catherine Dashwood in 1718; they had two sons and two daughters. He died of consumption in Oxford on 2 July 1738. His eldest son Robert succeeded him as baronet, and after Robert the title passed to his second son, Banks.
