Aicom was a Japanese video game developer founded in 1988. It released titles for systems like the NES, Game Boy, and Neo Geo, including The Mafat Conspiracy, Totally Rad, Vice: Project Doom, Blaster Master Boy, and Pulstar. In its early years it was listed as a Jaleco subsidiary around 1990, and Sammy Corporation bought it in 1992. In 1996, Aicom left Sammy and, with funding from SNK, became Yumekobo and mainly made games for SNK systems. The company ceased operations in 2001, with SNK considered its successor.
