Serruelles is a tiny farming and forestry village in central France. It is a commune in the Cher department, within the Centre-Val de Loire region. The area covers 17.51 square kilometers and lies at an elevation of about 159 to 179 meters. It is located roughly 21 kilometers south of Bourges, at the junction of the D940 and D130 roads. As of 2023, about 66 people live there. The mayor for 2020–2026 is Monique Aubailly. Serruelles is part of the CC Arnon Boischaut Cher intercommunality.
