Simona Păucă

Simona Păucă, born 19 September 1969 in Azuga, Romania, is a former Romanian artistic gymnast. She competed at the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. On the balance beam, she tied for the gold medal with Ecaterina Szabo after performing a difficult, innovative routine. She also won a team gold medal and a bronze in the all-around. After retiring from competition, she worked as a youth coach at Dinamo București, the club where she trained.
