Simon Fredrik Hedlund, born 11 March 1993 in Trollhättan, Sweden, is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for Elfsborg in the Swedish Allsvenskan. He joined Elfsborg’s youth system at 16 and made his Allsvenskan debut in 2012, helping the club win the league that year and the Swedish Cup in 2014.

In 2016 he moved to Union Berlin in Germany, and in January 2019 he signed for Brøndby IF in Denmark. At Brøndby he formed strong attacking partnerships and was known for his pace and pressing. He helped Brøndby win the Danish Superliga in 2020–21 and was named Player of the Month in May 2021. He extended his Brøndby contract in March 2023, but later that year returned to Elfsborg on a three-and-a-half-year deal. He made his return debut for Elfsborg in September 2023 and scored his first return goal in October 2023.

Internationally, Hedlund has represented Sweden at youth levels and made his senior debut in January 2020, scoring in his second cap against Kosovo. He is of Finnish descent through his mother and married Sandra Isabel in 2020.
