Antaeotricha teleosema is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1925 and is found in Brazil. The wingspan is about 16–17 mm.

The forewings are shining white with a dark grey leading edge from the base to a little past one-quarter of the wing. There is an oblique cloudy streak from the base end reaching halfway across the wing, and a shorter oblique projection midway between this streak and the base. There is faint grey shading above the middle of the wing and a small dark mark near the middle (the second discal stigma). A dark brownish band runs from about two-thirds along the leading edge to the tornus (the bottom rear corner). The band is clearly defined toward the rear but fades toward the middle. There is also a diffuse dark line near the edge before the margin, followed by some dark speckling around the apex and upper outer edge, leaving a white terminal line with five or six shallow indentations.

The hindwings are whitish with light grey shading on the rear half, and the tip is white. The leading edge of the hindwing is widened in the base half, with a broad patch of white and dark grey scales before the middle, and a pale yellowish subcostal hair-pencil that becomes grey toward the front and runs from the base to about three-fifths, lying under the forewings.
