Muş District, also known as Merkez (central), is the central district of Muş Province in Turkey. Its seat is the city of Muş. The district covers 2,818 square kilometers and has 200,246 residents (2022). The population density is about 71 people per square kilometer, and it lies in the TRT time zone (UTC+3).

Notable sights include Murat Bridge, the tulips on the Muş Plain, Muş Castle, Kepenek Castle, Haspet Castle, and Mercimekkale Mound. The district contains 9 municipalities and 98 villages.
