Lady Kitty Spencer Lewis (born 28 December 1990) is a British model and aristocrat. She is the eldest child of Charles Spencer, 9th Earl Spencer, and Victoria Lockwood, and the niece of Diana, Princess of Wales. She is also a first cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry. Kitty grew up partly in Cape Town, South Africa, and studied in the UK and Italy, earning a master's degree in luxury brand management from Regent’s University London.
She began modeling professionally in 2015 and has worked with Dolce & Gabbana and Bulgari, becoming a Dolce & Gabbana ambassador in 2021. She supports several charities, including Centrepoint, the Elton John AIDS Foundation, Give Us Time, and Save the Children.
In January 2020 she announced her engagement to Michael Lewis, and they married on 24 July 2021 in Frascati, Italy. Their wedding dress and other gowns were designed by Dolce & Gabbana. The couple have a daughter named Athena, born 29 April 2023; they publicly acknowledged her birth in 2024. Kitty and Lewis live in London.
Although Kitty is the Earl Spencer’s firstborn, the title and family estates will pass to her younger brother due to male primogeniture. She has three younger full siblings and several half-siblings from her father’s marriages.
