Sigappu Nirathil Chinnappoo
Sigappu Nirathil Chinnappoo is a 1990 Tamil drama directed and written by R. Selvaraj, produced by D. Ramanaidu under Rajeshwari Films. The film stars Rattankumar and Rekha and was released on 22 June 1990.
Plot: Annachi, a social worker who fights criminals, is attacked by the powerful Mahadevan and left in a coma for six months. When he nearly recovers, Mahadevan returns to kill him and frames Annachi’s wife Kasturi, leading to her arrest. Annachi’s son promises to clear his mother’s name, eventually killing Mahadevan and being sent to a juvenile detention center, while Kasturi is exonerated.
Cast and crew: Vinod Raj plays the antagonist Mahadevan (credited as Victor Ponnudurai). Music is by Jaisekar, with cinematography by Raja Rajan and editing by B. K. Mohan Rajagopal.
