Scythris decrepidella is a small moth in the Scythrididae family. It was first described by Bengt Å. Bengtsson in 1997. The species is found in Egypt and southern Iran. Classification: Kingdom Animalia; Phylum Arthropoda; Class Insecta; Order Lepidoptera; Family Scythrididae; Genus Scythris; Species decrepidella. Binomial name: Scythris decrepidella (Bengtsson, 1997).
