Richard Moyo (born 12 October 1960 in Bulawayo) is a Zimbabwean politician and medical doctor. A member of ZANU-PF, he currently serves as the Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution for Matabeleland North and as the Member of Parliament for Umguza, a position he has held since August 2018.

Earlier, Moyo was the Minister of Health and Child Care from 2013 to 2018, where he led efforts to expand HIV/AIDS treatment and roll out new vaccines. Before entering politics, he worked as a doctor at Harare and Parirenyatwa hospitals, and as a lecturer and Head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the University of Zimbabwe. He has also served as a consultant for organizations like the World Bank and the Global Fund, and sat on boards such as the Zimbabwe Medical Council and the Health Professions Authority. He has received awards for his work in healthcare and public service.
