Invención de la Santa Cruz Church, or Parroquia de la Invención de la Santa Cruz, is a historic Roman Catholic church in Bayamón Pueblo, Bayamón, Puerto Rico. It sits on Plaza de Hostos at 12 Degetau Street, near the old city hall (now the Francisco Oller Museum).

Construction began in 1750 to move the main parish from Hacienda Santa Cruz to this hilltop site by the Bayamón River, and the church was completed in 1799. It was consecrated in 1772 and dedicated to the Holy Cross; Bayamón’s official founding also happened that year, on May 22. Updates to the church were made in 1772 and 1782. The building was damaged in the 1867 Virgin Islands earthquake.

The church is part of the Archdiocese of San Juan. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on September 18, 1984, as part of the Historic Churches of Puerto Rico, and designated to the Puerto Rico Register of Historic Sites and Zones in 2000.
